I wanted to talk to you about preventing heartburn. This is a condition that a lot of people will experience, but most only get it now and then, so it really isn't that big of a deal. For others, it is a daily problem. When you start to experience this on a daily basis, you're going to have some serious complications that need to be dealt with right away. Heartburn is essentially the stomach acid getting into the esophagus and burning it. When it rarely happens, there is no big deal, but if it happens on a regular basis you might find that your esophagus has been literally burned away. I wanted to show you a little about preventing heartburn, so it doesn't have to come to this point.

right down to your stomach acid. It is causing the problem and there is a few reasons why. I think one of the biggest reasons is that the stomach levels just get too high. People eat big meals and when that goes in the stomach, you'll find that the acid levels will rise. The obvious solution is to eat smaller meals more often and this will keep your acid levels at a balanced level.

Another way of preventing heartburn is recognizing when it is about to start. Basically the acid in your stomach can get quite volatile and erratic, so you need a way of balancing it out. I've found that adding more vinegar in my diet will balance out the stomach acid with the natural enzymes that are in it.
